I felt so tired.
The staff's complaint makes me feel irritated.
As a leader, how to show the attitude to every staff?
In fact, I think I am a good listener,
and nice person to everyone.
Maybe everybody's EQ is different.
Sometimes misunderstand my word, think the meaning wrong.
Make the emotion unhappiness.
Last, be calm, have a chat hard.
I really can't stand the 7's grade childish guy.
Next time, I'll observe everyone's EQ,
and make the right sentence to them.
